As a high-end studio that performs comprehensive design from furniture and lighting, which are the basic units of architecture, to detailed design and supervision, SSK does not accept low-cost projects or meaningless prolific works. New employees, regardless of seniority, will participate in the entire design process, from concept development to construction supervision. Depending on their capabilities, they may also be able to work independently as project managers.
